LESSology Challenge #54: Creative inspiration of Yvonne Yam

Are you inspired by the bright and bold colours in the candy store? Let's see what design team member Yvonne Yam came up with LESSology Challenge #54: Candy Land

I really wanted to use this wrapping tissue that I've been hoarding in my stash. It was the packaging from Betsey Johnson. I love how the pops of bright colours pop off the black.

I used the wrapping tissue on the base of my 6x6 canvas, then added dimensional elements for interest.

The circular chipboard was covered with gesso, then painted a pearlescent tint for a subtle shimmer.

The pink "bling" was from a freebie OPI bracelet which was a little too tacky to wear. The green "bling" was from an old choker necklace.

Hope you will find time this month to play along with LESSology Challenge #54: Candy Land! :)
