Meet LESSology co-founder: Angi Barrs! :)

Today we get to meet one of the co-founders of the LESSology site - Angi Barrs! :)

Hello fellow crafters. My name is Angi Barrs and I am so super excited to be a co-creator of LESSology. Yvonne is a super talented altered artist and I feel so blessed to partner with her on this wonderful new challenge blog.

I live in "Terrific Texas". I wear many hats in my family. Besides crafting, I am a mom of 2 wonderful daughters, I teach Junior High School, and I am a big supporter of Autism Awareness programs. I am also a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Oohrah!

I make a variety of crafts from cards, to layouts, to altered projects. Altered Art is my All-time Favorite things to do. I love to take something drab and turn it into something Fab. I'm also a HUGE Fan of recycling and upcycling. It is so fun to take everyday items and add them to a project.  I want to thank all of my fellow crafters for joining us on this new venture. You will love it here!

We are looking for a design team member! :)

Hello friends! Today is the day we reveal the mystery member....ONE of you! :)

Of course the founders of LESSology Angi and Yvonne would be creative contributors to the site! We do want to add one more member to our design team though. Are you interested???

Our challenge are biweekly and the design team is split into two teams. This means each design team member will contribute just one project a month. We are a green site so you must include at least one upcycled item on all your projects.

To make it fun, we would like to hold an open audition for this design team call! And there's something in it for everyone too. We are pleased to have Gauche Alchemy sponsor this "Win a design team spot!" contest.

To be considered for this design team spot, please

1. Create a new altered project using at least one upcycled item on your creation.

2. Post the project on your blog with a short paragraph telling us why we should choose you to be part of the LESSology team.
3. Link up using the Inlinkz tool (located at the end of post) by Saturday, 27 August 11.59 pm (EST).

Thanks for the overwhelming support for our new challenge site! We are so glad that there are so many altered enthusiasts! :) Today we would like to introduce our awesome design team! 

Yes, we are so lucky these amazingly talented ladies agreed to share their creative inspirations right here on LESSology! :) You will get to meet them individually in the next few weeks.

Ahhhh....I did say we will be having some fun activities right? Any guesses as to who this mystery member might be?
